I think my achievements were the accumulation of acts of "optimizing" historic buildings for the future. In order to inherit the historic building, I think that the emphasis should be on its use as a premise for restoration.This paper reports on the concept of restoration, and utilization of the important cultural property "Bank of Iwate（ former Morioka Bank） former head office".
